Eddie's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Eddie's Story...
Eddie was rescued from the streets and apparently been there for some time. His coat was filthy, matted and filled with debris. He was suffering from a bad ear infection. No microchip, no collar and one owner came to claim him, so he is now looking for a permanent home or foster. About 3 years old and good with dogs, show some shyness to people until he gets to know you so suggested he go to an adult home. This is a complementary posting so please contact oberarlo@ for more information and a meet and greet. He so deserves to be saved and placed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eddie, a West Hills Bichon Frise/Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in West Hills, or seeking a Bichon Frise/Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in West Hills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Hills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Hills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Bichon Frise/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Hills paves the way for another one to be saved.
