My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet our precious Katie-bug! What a sweetheart this girl is. She is so affectionate and very friendly. She loves to roll over on her back for belly rubs and is quite proud of herself for learning how to walk on a leash. She is going to be a fabulous companion and will be a great family dog. Katie really loves to play with other dogs and gets along wonderfully with our cats. She is a very gentle girl and will be fine with children. Katie is a quiet dog and has nice house manners. She is crate-trained and housebroken and would do fine in an apartment or townhome setting. She loves to have people around and will be thrilled to have a home and bed of her own while she hangs out with her new family. She can be a bit on the shy side in new situations but it doesn't take her long to warm up. When we introduced her to toys she didn't know what they were but once she figured out she had control of the squeaking it was so funny to watch her play with them. We would love to introduce your family to Katie. If you are interested in meeting her the first step in our process is the adoption application form. Ours can be completed on line at www.cedarfarmrescue.com . After you have submitted the form call Tony at 336.251.8877 and he can set up a time for you to visit with Katie at our adoption center in downtown Mocksville. We are there by appointment only. Katie has been spayed and microchipped and is up to date on her vaccines. She has tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. She is 2 years old and weighs 15 lbs. 45386
