found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Our foster dogs live as family members in the foster home until chosen for adoption.
Hi, my name is Leon.
I was found as a stray, wandering the streets trying to find a place to live. I am glad I am at the shelter because it means that I have a roof over my head and I don't have to search for my next meal but I really want a real home with a family. Do you have room in your heart and your home for me??
UPDATE: I am now living in a wonderful foster home with lots of kids to love me and dogs and cats for companions.
This is what my foster mom has to say about me, "Leon has blended in nicely with our "population". He is quiet and well mannered, walks nicely on leash. He does not attempt to get out of our fenced yard and is not a "barker" even when tempted by visiting squirrels! He sleeps on a dog mat next to our bed and has only friendly exchanges with the three cats that share that space. He likes to play with our dog but is not aggressive. He tends to pick up any stuffed toys that are laying about, but he hands them over most politely when asked. And he has the coolest ears ever!"
I am a young fellow, a little over one year old and I weigh around 40 pounds. The perfect size, not to big, not too little. Now, don't you just love my big ears, better to hear you with. I have already been neutered, given my basic shots, microchipped, and am heartworm negative.

See you soon, LEON
