for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Olive's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with cats.

Olive's Story...
Olive is about 4 years old. She was adopted from Camp Companion as a kitten and unfortunately returned through no fault of her own when her owner moved and didn’t take her with.

Olive is a beautiful tabby girl and a bit of a diva. She doesn’t particularly care for other cats and would love to be the queen of her castle. She is affectionate with her people and loves a good scratch. She will let you know when she has had enough. Olive is bit of a clown and will entertain her people with her antics. She enjoys toys, lying in the sun and ruling her roost!

Olive is looking for a new home with cat savvy people where she will be a loved and cherished family member for her lifetime.

All adoptable pets have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. For more information about adoption, please contact Camp Companion at 507-951-7801, www.campcompanion.org, or find us on Facebook!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Olive, a Rochester Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Rochester, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Rochester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester paves the way for another one to be saved.
