My basic info
Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We have a brown velvet female chinchilla that is looking for her new home. She came to the rescue not long ago, and was born approximately 1/8/2015. This makes her right around 5 months old.
This female is brown velvet in color, which is actually a beige that has the TOV (touch of violet) gene. This is not a very common color, even in the chinchilla breeding / showing world, so if you adopt her, you’ll have something unique!
This girl is very sweet. She’s an energetic chin, and would likely do well with playtime as she loves exploring the world around her. She does well with being handled and petted. She doesn’t bite.
We don’t know if she gets along with other chinchillas.
This chinchilla would make a good “first chinchilla” for someone who’s never had chinchillas before.
This chinchilla will come with some food to start you out (2 pounds of Mazuri pellets), a goodie bags of chews/treats, and a printed out version of our care packet. She will also come with a lifetime of help and support, should you ever need it. If more supplies are needed, we also sell a variety of chinchilla supplies, from cages to hidey houses to hammocks and everything in between.
Regardless of past chinchilla experience, all potential homes will be asked to read our chinchilla care packet, fill out our adoption application/chinchilla questionnaire, and provide proof of cage. If you are unwilling to do these things, please do not waste our time or yours. No chinchilla will go to a new home without an adoption application being filled out - no exceptions.

This chinchilla would normally be $225 to adopt, but with our Awesome August sale, her adoption fee has dropped to $175! Must be picked up by August 31st!
