Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Alyce is a young girl whose's brief racing career ended with a broken toe. She appears to fine with small dogs , but she is not cat tolerant. Alyce is 2 and likes kids.
I'm Alyce with a Y. The other doggies underestimated me because I'm tiny. I showed them! I ran SO fast and kicked their doggie bottoms. Then I broke my toe into a bunch of little pieces. I'm having surgery on June 18. They tell me I'll be healed and running around in no time.
Don't tell my doctor, but I'm already running around. There are SO many new things to see and taste and experience. I can't seem to stand still or to keep my tail under control. It's waggin' all over the place like it has a life of it's own. Maybe I will be less excited after I've spent a couple weeks in foster... but then it will be time to move into my forever home!. EEEEEE!! There goes my tail again.
Since Alycae can get a little excited, she would probably not be a good match for small children.
FOSTER UPDATE: Alyce settled into life as a pet very quickly. She loves people, and is a velcro dog. Alyce has a bit of separation anxiety, but improves each day as she gains confidence her person is coming back.
Alyce is house trained using a dog door. She gets along well with her foster greyhound sibling and doesn't bother the parrot. Alyce seems to be more interested in spending time with her person and playing with toys than she is interacting with other animals. She could live happily as an only or with other dogs
