Barbara Stray-sand (aka “Babs”) earned her name because she was found as a stray during a week of heavy rain. Although it’s clear she lived indoors at some point in her life, her foster mom thinks she must have been on her own for a while. After just a few days adjusting to life indoors, she has become the sweetest, most mild-mannered cat ever. When she was first found she was very dirty, and she’s so easygoing that she even let her foster mom give her a bath! In her future home, she would like to spend her days lounging in a ray of sunshine, and her evenings cuddling up with you and a fuzzy blanket. She has a funny little meow, and she can be quite a conversationalist! She is fine with other low key cats. She is ok with gentle dogs and children. Barb is quite vocal and answers when you call her. She likes to be where you are and loves her human. She is a very clean cat- uses her box and scratching post. She is a great cat for a busy person.
