Cleo (aka) Chloe is a sweet, loving and playful short-hair Calico girl with beautiful markings and a lot of personality. She is about 5 years old. She will run to greet you, roll over and show you her tummy, will jump into your lap, and begin to purr very loudly when petted but especially when you engage her in her very favorite evening activity of being combed and brushed, and then munching on a bit of dried catnip. She misses you when you’re away, so she often likes to hang around in rooms you might be in, mostly sleeping but occasionally giving you a little nudge or tapping you with her paw, to remind you that she’s there. Her manners are excellent. She loves and uses her scratching post, preferring one that’s covered by carpet. Sisal and cardboard are not her style. Although her feeding bowl is on the floor, she much prefers to drink water out of a glass you might set by your bedside just for her. She likes to curl up in her own bed while you’re sleeping, and doesn’t’ bother you through the night. But when you’re awake, she’ll greet you with lots of purring, a head bump and lots of kisses. Occasionally either before breakfast or late in the evening she’ll think of herself of as a huntress and will want to expel a little energy by chasing after bouncing balls or stalking some mouse toy on a string if you have the time to play. And if she’s waiting patiently for you to engage with her she’ll get in her “superman” pose!
Adoption fee is a minimum $75 per cat donation to Feral Fixers . All cats are up to date on shots, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and felv/fiv negative.
Discounted adoption fee if two kittens or cats are adopted together, $130 for a pair.
