Gus's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Gus's Story...
Gus is well on his way to being a big, laid-back boy who will definitely appeal to the Maine Coon fans out there! Even at 4 months old, he's got the size, ear tufts, fuzzy feet and beautiful coat. For the big cat lovers, Gus will grow into your dream. This kitten is already very people-oriented, one of the first to find your lap, a real cuddle bug, very playful and intelligent.

Gus would do great with a family, he loves everyone including other cats and dogs. He would be a great cat with children that are respectful and have been taught how to handle cats.

Gus will be available to an approved home only. If you are interested in Gus, please contact Sharon Lee at 313-400-5949 or email keeperkitties@gmail.com for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gus, a Wayland Maine Coon kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Wayland, or seeking a Maine Coon kitten from a breeder in Wayland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wayland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wayland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wayland paves the way for another one to be saved.
