Pepper is a Miniature Poodle that we rescued from a high kill pound in the Central Valley. Pepper hd been dumped there, by his family. His coat and skin, were in really bad condition and he was terrified. Now, Pepper is much more relaxed and happy. His skin has improved and he just had a grooming session. Pepper is doing much better now, but will need a patient adopter, to help him to continue his rehabilitation. Pepper would do best in a quiet home, without young children.
