Bubba Gump's Story...
This very unique looking 8 month old pup was running down a busy road ,under a major interstate. He is so silly, energetic and incredibly adorable. He did have a cherry eye that I had removed, so now he's truly perfect! ;) He has been neutered, heart worm tested(neg) and is now ready for his forever home. I will promise have never seen a dog that looks like this special boy. His legs are bowed, eyes big like a pug but his nose is slightly turned up. He's very long but not thin like a Doxie.

If you want an unusual breed, Bubba Gump is your dog for sure. I was able to find his owner but he had just moved to the area and simply didn't have the means to take care of him. He thought it would be best to allow the puppy to find a new forever home. Bubba Gump was an only child and has never been with other dogs so a meet/greet will be necessary if there are other dogs in the household. Would love to find him a home that he could be by himself again. He does like kitties and lived with many. Please contact me to request an adoption questionnaire.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bubba Gump, a Chattanooga Pug/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Dachshund for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Pug/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Dachshund breeders who help with Pug/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
