for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Charlie's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Charlie's Story...
Charlie here, I was born on 12/04/2012, I weigh 12 pounds of Black and Tan Magic!

I give the best kisses and love to chase and retrieve balls. I bring them back to you so you can throw them again. I love everyone and everything. Except large dogs....they make me bark at them nonstop. I am afraid of them so I have to annoy them....I love to lay next to you while you work and am simply perfect...Car rides are something I really enjoy and so are long walks in the park.

Did I mention I am crate trained and 99% Housetrained? Yes, sometimes I lift my leg...not often, just sometimes when I am mad!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Charlie, a Greenville Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Greenville, or seeking a Dachshund dog from a breeder in Greenville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greenville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greenville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greenville paves the way for another one to be saved.
