Annie's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Annie's Story...
Annie was rescued from a high-kill Animal Control facility in western NC. She is a happy girl, with a clean bill of health, and will be spayed and up to date on her vax, on Feb 15th. Annie is very gentle, loving and rarely barks. She is taking care of a small puppy(NOT her own), at the moment, and loves having the companionship. So, Annie will not be considered for adoption as an outside dog. She must be an indoor companion. Annie is mending from an injured rear paw, but it's coming along nicely. Apparently, she was biten before she arrived at Animal Control. She just wants to have someone who is willing to spend their days including her in them, and who is willing to work with her on housebreaking. Also, she seems to be crate-trained. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Annie, a South Burlington Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in South Burlington, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in South Burlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in South Burlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a South Burlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in South Burlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
