Tara is a young American Eskimo dog. She came from a hoarding situation and is shy. She would be best suited for someone who knows this breed well and understands that Tara has special needs. She is very fearful of people and needs to learn to trust people now. She is very smart, spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and mostly housebroken.
