Amber's Story...
Amber was rescued from a 'FREE PUPPIES' situation, in a rural area of our county. She is a survivor, as she & 2 others in her litter survived the Parvo virus, where 'mom' and 4 others did not. She has recived her 3rd puppy booster so is A1 healthy. She is a very sweet, calm and gentle soul with a friendly attitude. Will make an EXCELLENT companion animal for family with gentle children, single person or retired couple. It is my opinion that she will make a wonderful couch potato, given the opportunity. NOT a jumper nor rowdy girl! Wants to please and be with her person(s). Very lovely, almost unique hound, this one. Laidback and calm! Amber's adoption fee is $125. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ******Howlin4Spirit Companion Animal Rescue****** ********Adoption Application******** Thank you, for considering adopting a rescued companion animal. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Amber, a Oswego Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Oswego, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Oswego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oswego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oswego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oswego paves the way for another one to be saved.
