He was found in someones driveway in Hawthorne, an army of people pulled together and got him to a friend's vet in Long Beach. Ends up the chip led back to an owner who admitted head lost him two months before. When asked if he wanted dog returned to him he said no. Owner released dog to the vet and with the help of more great people this boy came to us.
