Crickett's Story...
Hi my name is Cricket I am an eight-year-old 4 pound Chihuahua. I'm a very sweet girl. I was rescued off the kill list for needing a dental and knee surgery. Now that those are done I'm like a new dog. I love attention and I love to get kisses I will lay on your lap all day if you let me. I like to go for car rides and walks. I will sit quietly on your lap if you take me to dinner with you. I'm a perfect girl to take anywhere you want. Due to my age and my size it is best that I don't go to a home with small children. I go potty on potty pads or out the doggie door. I don't make mistakes. I'm not a barker and I don't chew things up. All I really want is someone that will let me sit on their lap and love me. So if you have room in your heart and your home for a little girl like me then please call my foster mom at 443-248-4740.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Crickett, a Las Vegas Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
