Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is GINNY, a wonderful 8 lb toy who was rescued from a hoarding situation. Her birthday is 1/22/2014.
GINNY was living in a home with 20 other dogs, so she is skittish about too much human contact and takes a while to warm up to you. She has learned to trust her foster parents, and can easily do so in a new home too. She will probably always be 'independent', and never be a real 'lap' dog. She is frightened of quick movements and loud noises, so while she has been ok around kids and other dogs, her foster parent feels she would do best in a home without other dogs or small children.
GINNY shows her puppy personality when playing outside - romps, runs and chases sticks. She will run in circles and wag her tail, barking at her playmates which are neighborhood cats, birds and butterflies. This is her happy time, outside with freedom to roam on her own and explore the world. She is very attentive and will come immediately when called.
GINNY is currently being fostered in BREVARD county. To learn more about adopting her, go to www3.coastalpoodlerescue.org/poodles/poodledetail.cfm?dogID=1803
