Sonya was found by a good Samaritan when she was about to cross a busy intersection in South LA, across the street from a homeless camp. She was standing at the corner and looked lost. A good Samaritan approached her and she came right up to her. No tags. No chip (they checked at the pound). Sonya knows "sit" and from her friendly demeanor, we guessed that she may have had a family, but no one came to claim her at the pound, so we had to get her out. She is a wonderful dog, young and playful. Look at that face, there are no more words necessary. She is eager to explore and enjoy her new life!
If you are interested in meeting Sonya, please download the Adoption Questionnaire, fill it out and fax it back to us at (310) 362-0321. You can also meet this and/or other available dogs at our weekend adoptions.
[Sonya is about 9 months old and about 50 lbs.]
