Lolly Pop's Story...
This sweet girl had the misfortune of living in a home that believed dogs belonged outside or in a hot garage. After a neighbor visited her everyday and gave her water and attention she finally convinced the owner to surrender her to rescue. Lolly is so sweet and smart. She loves kisses and hugs and walks and kisses. Did I say she loves kisses? And gives good ones too! She has a beautiful wire coat and does not appear to be a heavy shedder. She is about a year and a half old and weighs about 10 lbs. We did a HW test and she is negative. Now she will be spayed and fully vetted on 6/22 and ready to travel to her new home on 6/26 if she is lucky enough to find one. I know anyone would call themselves lucky if they could add Miss Lolly to their lives. If you would like to make her a permanent member of your family and show her how she deserves to be treated, please contact lorainecm@comcast.net or omlc7@hotmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lolly Pop, a Spring Valley Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Spring Valley, or seeking a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Spring Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Spring Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Spring Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Spring Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
