My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My advice is don't keep asking yourself if you can do something. Just get out there and do it. You can really surprise yourself - Roz Savage
And we couldn't agree more!! Our little guy Rozzie, he's out of the shelter and he's doing it! He's loving life and learning what being a well loved and wanted boy is all about. Surprise Rozzie!!! Rozzie is a very handsome black and white Labrador Retriever mix. He is about 10 months old and weighs 35 lbs. He is not expected to get much bigger, perhaps 40 to 45 lbs if that. (hmmmm... pocket lab?) Rozzie's foster mom thinks he's about the most awesome boy ever and says she sure is going to miss him when he makes his journey to find his happily ever after. So what can we tell you about this cutie pie? He's a social little fella, loves people (big and small), other dogs (big and little), and tries to make friends with the cat but she plays hard to get (maybe next time buddy). rozzie loves to play fetch and he even brings stuff back! Way to go Rozzie! He's learning some basic commands like sit and would probably love to learna lot more with his special forever people. Rozzie is very good in his crate and does well in the house (he's still learning so some initial supervision til he's settled in and knows the ropes). He particularly enjoys bed time because he gets to sleep with foster mom unless he decides to sleep in his crate next to her bed. The best snuggle and cuddle time there is! Rozzie is already neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and current on all preventatives. The only thing he really wants to do now is hear those words 'you are part of our family now and we are going to love you always.' What could be better? So if you're done asking yourself 'Should I adopt?' The answer is emphatically a resounding YES!!! If you're ready...just do it! Rozzie is patiently waiting and oh how surprised he would be!
