Toonie's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Toonie's Story...
These 8 kittens were rescued from Bryan County Animal Control with their mom and surrogate mom, Midnight (midnight only had 3 kittens, the rest became her foster babies). The kittens have been well socialized and are ready for their new homes!

Adoption fees are $40 per feline and $150 per canine unless otherwise specified. Adoption fees are not a tax-deductible donation as allowed by IRS regulations. Adoption fees help to offset the cost of the pet's care incurred by Coastal Pet Rescue, which are generally 2 to 3 times the adoption fee amount.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Toonie, a Savannah Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Savannah, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Savannah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Savannah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Savannah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Savannah paves the way for another one to be saved.
