My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

10/12: Adoption application in progress.
Phoebe has arrived and she is very sweet and gentle. She is also ADORABLE and cuddly! Short corgi-type legs on 32 lb border collie-type body. Low to medium energy. She's met the other dogs here and seems fine with all of them. She LOVES children. Every time our son goes into the room with her, she is thrilled to get his attention. This girl will make a wonderful pet for a family with children. She has not had any accidents so far in foster care so we think she might be housebroken too!

Shelter staff comments: Phoebe is great with other dogs although right now (she is in heat) she only has a select few that she can get out and play with. She met a 3 year old boy today and loved him. She did jump up on him but did it so gently that it didn't bother him a bit - gave him a big wet kiss.

Shelter notes: Hello! My name is Phoebe, and I'd like to tell you more about myself. Although there's not much to tell. I was found on McDonald Road, all alone. They estimate my age at about four or five years. But that's all they know. Except I'm a sweet girl and very playful. I sure hope I get a home!
