My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

(ID #A27913339) Hi, my name is Miss Minnie.

I am a Hound/Boxer mix and am about three years old. My owner left me in the overnight drop box with a note saying that I am obedient, sweet girl who loves car rides! I am also housebroken, know basic commands, and I am great with kids and other dogs! Thunder storms somewhat upset me. All I need is love and patience on that issue plus time in your lap.

It seems like I was just used to produce puppies and I was thrown out when done. I deserve a much better home! I walk well on a leash and very well-mannered! I have an outstanding personality and don't even mind when my feet are handled. I would make an absolutely wonderful addition to any family

At least here at the shelter I have my basic needs met, like food and water plus a roof over my head. However, I am longing to find my forever home and a family to love. I have plenty of love to give. Do you have room in your heart and your home for me?? Come and have a meet-n-greet with me.

I am a young lady at heart. I have been checked out by a veterinarian and spayed. I received a set of preventative shots and have been wormed. I have tested negative for heartworms.

I am being sponsored by Sheltered Paws Dog Rescue. That means they are providing you with a getting started Goodie Bag when you adopt me. The bag contains a collar, leash, ID tag, training DVD, CD with helpful articles, booklet with training information, toy, and treats. You will receive a Rebate Certificate that can be used towards payment of a training course with the trainer of your choice. Sheltered Paws will rebate back to you a dollar value up to but not to exceed $100.00.

You can contact my friend, Lori at laking@cinci.rr.com for more information on how I can become part of your family.

See you soon, MISS MINNIE.
