My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I came to AWLMC from the streets of Baltimore. My sister and I were trapped there, and luckily, brought to this great shelter to find new, loving homes. I am a very shy and timid girl. I’m looking for a special person who will understand that it will take some time for me to adjust to new people and new places. I’m dreaming about that person. I know that there is someone just for me. You’ll understand that I have been through hard experiences, and it will take time for me to trust again. You’ll remember I do not like to be picked up; and you’ll respect and honor my feelings. But you’ll immediately see I am a sweet little girl that enjoys being petted and having the company of my humans. Other cats are ok too. I enjoyed playing with my sister while in my foster home. I am a devout bird and squirrels watcher. I enjoy food just a little too much (who doesn’t?) so my new family will have to make sure I do not overeat. I play a little; my favorite toy is a toy mouse a soft yarn ball. Do you have quiet and loving place in your heart and home for my sister, Francine and I? I was born in 2011.
