We found Sookie at county on the elist, and just couldn't imagine why. Yes, she was a bit shy, but she didn't deserve her fate there. Our foster went and rescued her. She is shy no longer!! She is about 5 years old, and weighs all about 5 or so pounds. Her vet work is complete. We repaired an inguinal hernia and gave her a dental. She is crate trained and doggy door trained. She gets along well with other dogs, Chickens, and cats too. She is a sweet, gentle little girl who wants nothing more than to cuddle up on you or next to you. She loves to be groomed, and will sit pretty for you while you brush her. She loves riding in the car, so she is the I can go anywhere with you kinda gal. She is the perfect apartment girl, or house girl, or anywhere else you live girl. She just wants a family/person that is going to adore and love her. If you are interested in our little miss Sookie, let us know!!
As part of your adoption package, each dog will be fully vaccinated (Da2PP, Rabies), have a microchip (with lifetime registration!), and be spayed/neutered. If the dog is not spay/neutered at time of adoption, you will be required to transport the dog to and from the dropoff point on the day of surgery. You will receive 6 mths of heartworm preventative medication. You will receive a free bag of premium dog food, and if you live in the designated zip codes, you will also receive a $25 gift card from Choice Pet Market. Our dogs come with free training classes that are mandatory to attend. We strive to give you a well rounded foundation for you to build upon with your new dog. We consider the whole dog, from nutrition, to vet care to training.
