My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nellie was certainly misunderstood by her previous owner. She needed clear communication and structure, this was absent. Sadly Nellie was surrendered with consent to euthanize. She was afraid and alone. But her friends at San Jose Animal Advocates saw something special in her and they rallied to save her life. When a willing foster stepped up we rescued this precious one from the shelter. Nellie is 7 years old, Papillon cross. She is great with dogs of all sizes. She is 14lbs, crated trained and is being fostered in the Santa Clara area.
