Penny is a shy gal at first but is coming out of her shell with the help of her doggy friends and loving fosters. At only 2 years old who knows what she has been through but she is ready to leave the past behind to give and accept unconditionally love. Come meet Penny at Operation Adopt located at 3318 West Magnolia Blvd Burbank Just look into Penny's and look into her soulful eyes (one blue and one brown) and you will see all that Penny can be. We are open Wednesday-Friday 11am-7pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm.
