My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Riley is a gorgeous, 1-year-old female, silver sable German Shepherd.  She comes to Nashville PITTIE as one of our 'Undercover Pitties' from an owner who can not give her the care she deserves.  

She is a very intelligent, energetic and active dog who will do best in a home with German Shepherd experience.  She knows basic obedience such as sit and down, but she will need someone who will continue teaching her manners (She is very eager to learn and to please, and she will learn fast.).  

She has been around other large dogs and loves them, but she has not been around small dogs or cats.  She has the normal GSD fur and sheds a lot (we GSD parents fondly refer to them as 'German Shedders.')

Riley is very affectionate and sweet and loves to cuddle on the couch, go for a ride in the car, go anywhere on a leash, or just hang out in the back yard with her ball.  As long as she is with her person, she is happy.

 

Riley's adoption fee is $200 and covers her spay, microchip, and vaccinations for the year.
