Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Greta - 8 year old female purebred Miniature Schnauzer. Greta was rescued from an LA County shelter where she came in as a stray. Her owner was contacted and even came to the shelter but never reclaimed her. When Greta came in she was EXTREMELY matted and unfortunately had to be stripped down not even leaving a hint of beard or eyebrows (the good news is it will grow back). Her mouth was a mess and we had a dental done on her.. 21 teeth had to be extracted. Additionally she had some foxtails in her mouth which had to be surgically removed. Greta had a senior screen also and got a clean bill of health. For all she's been through she is an extremely sweet dog. The shelter had her listed as 10 years old but we think she's a bit younger as she's pretty spry. Gets along well with other dog. Perfect little lady who is quiet, housebroken and affectionate. She would make a wonderful dog for anyone. Greta is approximately 16 pounds.
