My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

COOPER is a 6 year old spayed red fox male Lab that weighs 109 pounds but should lose about 20/25 pounds. He is a very handsome and friendly boy. He is house trained and crate trained but doesn't need to be crated anymore. Cooper seems to know the commands: sit, stay and wait. He needs to go to a home with a fenced in yard as he has always had one and loves to run and play outside. Cooper loves to retrieve tennis balls and enjoys playing with toys. He is good with other dogs. Cooper is good with cats; he used to live with a cat. Cooper is approved for kids ages 10+.
From evaluator:
Cooper is such a nice boy! He is very friendly and enjoyed getting a lot of love and attention. He even gave me a few kisses. He did just fine meeting my male dog. Cooper does best with one of those brake- fest bowls as he does eat his food very fast. Cooper is not a fan of kids rough housing or people yelling. He loves bananas, apples and carrots as special treats. He will benefit from regular exercise and a good diet to help him lose some weight.

Update (7/6): Cooper is a very sweet boy, he likes to go for leisurely walks, loves to retrieve & loves swimming, did I mention he loves to play ball? He is house trained & doesn't need to be crated. He sits very nicely for treats & when you are putting on his harness to go for a walk. He's on the green bean diet which he loves. When we went swimming at the river, he met lots of kids playing in the water & let them throw his toy & was super sweet with them. Cooper is great in the car and he has no problem jumping in or out of my truck.
