Flip's Story...
My name is Flip and I am simply beautiful right? I am only 10 weeks old and still growing. I am learning a lot in my foster home where I am getting lots of love. I love to cuddle, it's one of my favorite things. Also I love climbing my cat tree, and playing with my brothers and sister. I also enjoy hanging out in my foster moms lap, and just being rubbed. I love tummy rubs and curling up in a ball for a nice long nap. Although I am looking out the window for my new parents, and hoping they might just drive by and see me. So next time you look out your window maybe I will be there. You can fill out an application for me here and then my foster mom will contact you and answer any questions you may have : http://forrescue.net/cat-application/ I am spayed, vaccinated, FIV negative, and microchipped. I live in Huntsville, AL but am available for adoption in your area. I hope to hear from you soon!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Flip, a Knoxville Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Knoxville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Knoxville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Knoxville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Knoxville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Knoxville paves the way for another one to be saved.
