Gigi's Story...
Gigi is an 8 year old girl that was rescued from Baldwin Park Shelter. She was likely used for breeding her whole life and dumped when she could no longer produce puppies. Gigi has a loving spirit and even more lovable face. She is crate trained ,potty trained, spayed and up to date on shots. She learns very quickly and is eager to please and be near humans. Who says an old dog can't learn new tricks?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gigi, a Los Angeles American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
