My story

Teddy's adoption fee is $350.

Teddy is a 6 yr. old male Pomeranian mix that weighs about 10 pounds. He’s neutered, up to date on vaccinations, micro chipped and has had a dental recently. Teddy has allergies which cause skin dermatitis – he takes baths with medicated shampoo to help with the itchiness and skin irritation.
Teddy is a very happy-go-lucky dog - he loves people, but also likes his alone time. He likes to be close, but not too close. Teddy lives for belly rubs and lying on his back relaxing in a comfy spot. He gets warm easily, so he often ends up lying on a cool floor somewhere.
Teddy loves his naps - he would sleep all day if you let him, and sometimes I have to go upstairs and get him out of bed as he doesn’t automatically get up when you do, and will stay in the bed alone. He often takes turns sleeping in different family members’ beds at night, and he doesn’t seem to become attached to one or two people like some dogs do.
He gets excited about going for his walks, but once you are out and he has done his business he will stop and try to get you to turn around and go back. This could be as soon as one minute out the door. A gentle nudge will encourage him to carry on a bit more. He is very friendly with everyone he meets, dogs and humans alike. He would make a lovely addition to a family and would fit right in to most situations.
