Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PEPPER: When Pepper ran after a car near an empty campground, the driver stopped & brought him to Tri-county Animal Rescue Center; Pepper does not look neglected: he’s not thin, he doesn’t have messy mats in his coat; so it’s a mystery that no one seems to be looking for this sweet boy; we believe he may have been dumped because according to the vet Pepper is about 8 years old; Pepper is already neutered & at just 17 lbs. he’s the size of a house cat; Pepper is housebroken & simply walks to the back door when he needs to go outside; Pepper is a quiet fellow; even when the other 5 dogs at his foster home are barking their heads off at the mailman, Pepper doesn’t make a sound; Pepper walks nicely on a leash with his tail held high like a plume; he is no trouble at all; people can pick their dogs but dogs can also pick their people: the special person or family that Pepper will pick is the one who sees “gold” where everyone else only sees “old.” To meet Pepper contact Tri-County on Facebook, or call 814-918-2032, or email: contactus@Tricounty-arc.org
