Teka's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Teka's Story...
5/4/15-Teka is a stunning 4 year old German Shepherd. She is in a foster home currently and is doing wonderfully. Teka is house and crate trained and is learning some basic obedience. Teka is very trustworthy in the house and is past the chewing, destructive puppy stage. Teka seems to get along with all people and is a very mellow girl. Teka currently lives with dogs and cats and does well.

Teka has a typical German Shepherd personality and is very intelligent and loves to be around her family. She can be playful but also settles down quickly.

Teka is heart worm positive and is currently being treated for heart worms and doing well with treatment. She should not have any long term problems after she completes her treatment. Teka has been spayed and received all other vet care.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Teka, a Charlotte German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
