Buddy's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Buddy is a sweet snuggly boy who can't quite believe he's in Seattle after living his early months in Louisiana. Abandoned at a high kill shelter with his brother Buddy thought his time was up but an angel took him into foster care and helped us bring him north for a new start. He's still full of plenty of puppy energy and antics being only 8 months old and will need to attend training class with his wonderful new family. Might that be you? Do you have time and love to give to this awesome pup? If so, please fill in our online application at under the forms tab. Whilst this doesn't obligate you to anything it gives us a great tool to begin the matching process. We are purely a volunteer based foster group so only arrange meet and greets with serious intentions and an application. Please allow a few days for us to get back to you.

Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a Seahurst Catahoula Leopard Dog/Plott Hound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog/Plott Hound for sale in Seahurst, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog/Plott Hound dog from a breeder in Seahurst.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seahurst already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seahurst breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog/Plott Hound breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog/Plott Hound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seahurst paves the way for another one to be saved.
