My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please consider Brindie! She is an 18 LB, 3 year old female, who has had a very tough life. She has been abused and is quite shy, so will need someone with the patience and understanding to bring her out of her shell. She longs for affection, and will come up to people she trusts for a quick pet, but will go and hide if she feels threatened. (A quiet home with adults or children over 10 is preferred.) She is a smaller girl, about the size of a corgi, but has a shorter snout, and an adorable underbite. Brindie was rescued from a rural kill shelter with 9 puppies, who were very ill. Despite our best efforts, only 6 survived. Her puppies have weaned. She has been fostered with children, and other dogs and cats.
