I am one of the gentlest souls you could ever meet. When I am left alone at home the crate is the safest place for me to nap and wait for your return. I do have some special needs for you to know about. You see, I am almost blind and I get a little wobbly in unfamiliar places. If I do get confused, I will just lie down patiently and wait for you to rescue me. I am quiet, and rarely bark. I know that there is a forever family out there waiting for me. Is it you?
I have had a thorough health evaluation including spay and vaccinations; a complete dental cleaning under anesthesia, and I am microchipped. If you would like to meet me please visit our website at www.bichonrescueoc.org and submit an application to start the adoption process!
All our pups are available as long as their listing is up. The adoption process moves very quickly and most families are approved within 48 hours.
The adoption procedure involves these steps:
1. Complete an online application.
2. Interview with one of our volunteers
3. Home Safety Evaluation
4. Meet and greet with the pet.
Here is the direct link to our application.
Your message has been sent to Bichon Rescue of Orange County Seniors for Seniors.
You'll receive a copy, too, at to help you keep track of which pets you've inquired about, and which shelters and rescues you've emailed.
NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures, on the pet's details page on Adopt-a-Pet.com.
