Freddy Palmer is a Boxer mix who recently joined our rescue. He loves being around people and is affectionate. Freddy is good with most dogs , but we are not sure how he is with cats. Freddy Palmer needs some work on his basic commands and walking on a leash. This sweet boy is very eager to please and should learn all of this very quickly. Since Freddy joined our rescue he has been with children over the age of 10. We do not know how he is with younger children. He requires a forever home with a fenced yard where he can safely run and play. He is up to date on vaccinations, on heartworm preventative as well as house and crate trained. Freddy shows us each day how amazing he is.
All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same day adoptions. Adoption applications are only available at our adoption events. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year attend 1 obedience class (6 week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI to adopt one of our dogs.Come meet all of our adoptable dogs at our adoption events on Sundays at the Troy Petco on Coolidge near 15 Mile Rd from 12-4:30pm. Our adoption fee is $275.
