When Fozzy was found walking down the street, a nice couple brought him in, and gave him some water. He did not have a collar or tags, but he was microchipped. When the owners were contacted, they said they didn't want him anymore, they basically opened the door and let him go, and didn't care what happened to him. The family that found him was going to keep him, but the lease only allows for 2 dogs, which they already have. They reached out to us, and we are happy to take this guy into our rescue. He is a DARLING dog. He is about 5-6 years old, and weighs about 20 pounds. He gets along great with other dogs, and cats! He has been very good around kids, and he lets them brush and comb his hair. He is potty trained, and he will go to the door and bark when he needs to go out. He has great house manners. He walks really well on a leash. He likes to play, but he also likes to just hang out. He is one awesome dog, and would make a great family dog, or a great companion dog for that one person. If you are interested in giving Fozzy a forever home, let us know!!
As part of your adoption package, each dog will be fully vaccinated (Da2PP, Rabies), have a microchip (with lifetime registration!), and be spayed/neutered. If the dog is not spay/neutered at time of adoption, you will be required to transport the dog to and from the dropoff point on the day of surgery. You will receive 6 mths of heartworm preventative medication. You will receive a free bag of premium dog food. You will also receive a $25 gift card from Choice Pet Market. Our dogs come with free training classes that are mandatory to attend. We strive to give you a well rounded foundation for you to build upon with your new dog. We consider the whole dog, from nutrition, to vet care to training.
