Bobo's Story...
BoBo is a very smart, sweet and lovable boy. He is good with everyone he meets and loves human attention. BoBo gets along very well with other dogs and is very sociable. We are not sure about cats, but can cat test if necessary. BoBo is about 2 years old and weighs 50 lbs. He walks well on a leash and loves going for long walks. BoBo would benefit greatly from basic obedience classes as he is a smart boy, a fast learner and loves learning new things. He would be considered medium energy and would be a great running or hiking partner. He is neutered, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations including rabies and micro-chipped. BoBo is also crate trained and doing a good job with house training. If you would like to find out more about this great boy, please complete the online application and indicate 'BoBo' in the notes section.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bobo, a Lewisville Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Lewisville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Lewisville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lewisville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lewisville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lewisville paves the way for another one to be saved.
