I'm Ruthie, or Baby Ruth, and I'm sweet like the candy! Well, one look at my sweet face tells the story. I am a shy little gal, but I know all I need is a quiet home with lots of love and patience. I will be a happy bouncy girl in NO time. I came from a place with a lot of doggies and not too many people so they could easily "forget" about each little doggy and just be busy taking care of the whole bunch. So I'm looking forward to be one of the special ones and get lots of love for JUST me! I'm learning about leashes, (not a fan so far, but I'm getting there), and I do OK in a car. I will go to my kennel, I LOVE a comfy pillow to lie on, (REALLY LOVE THAT!) I hope you will want to meet me?
Chihuahua Rescue says: Ruthie came to rescue with 2 other pets, all from a multiple dogs situation, so not well socialized. All are VERY sweet, but timid. After a brief warming up they will accept affection, but at this point they aren't going to seek it out. After a while, they will most likely be very loving and affectionate pets. Ruthie is young, about a year old, so still very puppy. She is learning about house training and will need coaching. She is ok in a crate, but due to being so timid it would be best to have her out with a family in quiet and social settings. Ruthie is spayed, vaccinated, heart worm tested and micro chipped. She is a lovely little pet. She weighs about 7#. Her adoption fee is $250
