Tippy's Story...
"Hello! I am Tippy, a Doberman/Lab mix of about a year and half years of age. I am very sweet and playful and love walks. I am leash trained, crate trained and housebroken. I am a good eater and love treats!
I have a good nature and get along well with all people and other dogs. I have had limited exposure to cats, but I am not aggressive.
I was found by my foster parents when I was abandoned in a state park where I was cold, starving and very thirsty!
I am available for adoption in the Memphis metro area for $150 or $300 for transport via a licensed local transport carrier.
If you are interested in learning more about me, please call my foster parents, Debby or Harry, at 9901/396-5926 or email them at revsofmathew@earthlink.net."

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tippy, a Memphis Doberman Pinscher/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher/Labrador Retriever for sale in Memphis, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Memphis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Memphis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Memphis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Memphis paves the way for another one to be saved.
