My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, I’m Marcie and this is my sister Whitney. We originally came to Henrico Humane Society when we were baby kittens. Unfortunately, our dad is marring a woman with cat allergies, so we’ve been returned. Quite sad, because we did love our dad!

So about us. We’ve been together our whole lives and can’t imagine life without one another. I’m (Marcy) the outgoing of the two of us as you probably imagined. I absolutely love to be the center of attention. I am the perfect social butterfly. I used to greet my dad at the front door when he came home. I’d welcome him home by rolling over to present my tummy for rubs. If he gets distracted, I don’t mind grabbing his hand with my paw and pulling it back for more!

My sister Whitney is just as affectionate as I am, just not as outgoing, I guess. She’s more of a reserved lap cat. She’s the happiest when all three of us are in bed curled up together.

We’d love to find a home together. To be honest, we make a great pair. One sister who is outgoing, the other who is a bit more reserved - yet both of us are very affectionate and loving cats.
