My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adopted - August 2015

Meet Gladys!

Gladys is a 4yr old female Maltese Cross that weights 5.5 lbs. She is Tilly’s daughter. She's been spayed and is up to date on vaccinations. She is currently being house trained.

Now Gladys came from a sad situation. Tho her Mama loved her very much she was sharing a home with 30 other dogs. Her Mama was an elderly woman who could no longer live alone so a local rescue was called to come get all the dogs. Well 30 is a bit much for any rescue to handle all at once so they put out a plea for help. MAR decided to answer that call!

She is a bit shy at first but is starting to come out of her shell and can be quite friendly. She loves to play with her Mr. Stripey toy.
Let's find this little girl a forever home where she can have the life she so deserves!

*Though our volunteers try their best, we cannot guarantee that any rescued animal will be a perfect match for each resident, child, or resident pet in every foster/forever home.
