Abby Cadabby's Story...
Has your heart melted onto a puddle on the floor? Clean it up and come on in to meet Abby Cadabby. This precious soul is a tiny scruffster who is trying to find some solid ground. She came in with her sister, Betty Lou. The girls have been a bit scared and overwhelmed. We are feeding them delicious treats and going slow so they know they are loved and safe. They are doing okay with the other dogs, but get overwhelmed if they try to play too hard. The girls will require a calm household, which means no young children at this time. They will need a household that is patient and kind and willing to help them gain their confidence. If you are a gentle soul like Abby Cadabby, come meet her today! If you would like to adopt, please visit Atlanta Pet Rescue's 'How to Adopt' page for adoption information, application form and adoption hours. Love the dog, but now is not the time to adopt? Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abby Cadabby, a Atlanta Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Atlanta, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Atlanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Atlanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Atlanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Atlanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
