Josie's Story...
Don't worry, Josie will be more than happy to give you her make-up tips! She puts on her eyeliner perfect! Precious Josie found her way to a metro-Atlanta animal control when her owners were moving and couldn't take her with them. We know that had to be hard on her terrier heart, but she doesn't it let it rain on her parade! She is vivacious and genuine. She is doing wonderfully with her new doggy companions and is a huge fan of her two-legged pals, too! She seems to make herself right at home. We are certain this charming lady will win you over, just come in and see! If you would like to adopt, please visit Atlanta Pet Rescue's 'How to Adopt' page for adoption information, application form and adoption hours. Love the dog, but now is not the time to adopt? Why Adoption is a Great Option

Josie, a Atlanta Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Atlanta, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Atlanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Atlanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Atlanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Atlanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
