Dash's Story...
Hello my name is Dash. I play well with other dogs of all sizes and I really like cats. I would like a home with no kids and someone who can really spend a lot of time working with me. I am currently in foster and working on my trust issues. I was very scared when I came to the shelter but I am adjusting well to my foster home. I am very nerves and jumpy around new people in public. My foster mom takes me everywhere and trying to build up my confidence. She says soon I will be able to find my forever family and home

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dash, a Camano Island Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Camano Island, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Camano Island.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Camano Island already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Camano Island breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Camano Island paves the way for another one to be saved.
