My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a 7 year old miniature poodle who would love to be your constant companion. I am calm, quiet, gentle, and house trained. My previous owners did not care for me properly and my hair was so dirty and matted when they dropped me off at the shelter that my hair had to be shaved practically down to my skin and now I am pink! But my beautiful coat is returning and I am becoming fluffy and white again! I love to snuggle and be petted and I enjoy walks. I am always first in line at the door when my foster mommy gets leashes out and when I get excited I do a little happy dance standing on my back legs and waving my front legs in the air. I am content lounging in a soft bed or sitting beside you on the sofa or going for walks and making the acquaintance of new people and new dogs. I like to be a lap dog too. I am tall but very svelte and only weigh 17 lbs. If it is okay with you, I like to sleep cuddled up with you at night. I also travel well and think I would get along well with cats too. My foster mommy says I am easy-peasy and just the most well-behaved, delightful canine ever! I am loyal and loving and low-maintenance and would be happy in just about any situation.
